Now, ADB is the first one in my mind when it comes to buying diamonds. ❤️Updated 8 September 2023 :Three months ago, I went to Australian Diamond Brokers without planning it. I was just looking around and ended up going inside. When I left the shop, I was really impressed! I had been to many jewelry stores in Sydney to find the perfect diamond for my wedding, but none of them made a great impression.Today, I bought a diamond from them. I can say without a doubt that this is one of the happiest purchases I've ever made. The process of buying it was easy, and their service is excellent! Varoujan was amazing since the start of the engagement ring process. He provided so much support when working through the design and his experience set him apart from other jewelers I also consulted. Not at any stage did I feel pressured to make a purchase but the opposite, Varoujan wanted me to be 100% sure on the decision and supportive of how I wanted to proceed. The final result was unbelievable, the design of choice was very different to others and therefore the final result was something I wasn't sure on how it would turn out. I couldn't be anymore happier with using Varoujan and would want others to at least go in and see him if you are thinking about purchasing a ring....

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service from ADB. Varouj, Garren and the whole team epitomise everything you want in a professional, customer centric business. Admittedly I was a difficult customer and in the end was speaking to them for close to 12 months. At every stage of the process though, I felt like I was their most important customer- nothing was too hard and no detail was missed. Don’t waste your time with anybody else- this is the place to go.
