My husband purchased my engagement ring from ADB 7 years ago and had the best experience in store. He was recommended ADB by his own father and was told it felt like a family business and having shopped there himself, he confirms that it most definitely feels that way. We then went back for our wedding bands and this time I was able to experience the excellent service myself. Then for our 5 year anniversary my husband purchased an additional ring for my stack and now thanks to ADB my stack is complete! I have always been reassured I can come back whenever I need to have it cleaned and whenever I have had to, I’ve never been turned away, I’m always greeted with a smile and a familiar face. I had a particular design in mind, and what they created far exceeded my expectations! Garren was so helpful, patient and made me feel like no ask was too much. They found the perfect stones, at the perfect price and created something I genuinely didn’t think was possible for my budget. 3 years on, and I still can’t stop staring!We couldn’t wait to work with them again, and went back when it was time to create our wedding bands. Garren spent a lot of time with me going through different options that would suit my engagement ring, and I never felt rushed to make a decision. When we picked up our rings- especially my husband’s ring - we were in awe. In true ADB fashion, the rings were better than what we envisioned! ADB created my dream ring!My engagement ring is everything I ever dreamed of. The perfectly chosen oval diamond sits beautifully with the marquise and round diamonds on the band. My husband was very particular about the exact shape of the oval, and the team at ADB were so patient and attentive to every detail to make sure it was just right. With the matching wedding band, the set sparkles perfectly from every angle.To complete the set, they also made me a beautiful tennis bracelet. Every piece is elegant, timeless, and crafted to perfection. I am beyond happy with the result and couldn’t recommend ADB more highly.

I cannot recommend Australian Diamond Brokers more highly for not only the highest quality diamonds but their personalised, warm service that made the build up to our engagement so much more exciting and special. Garren really took the time to design and make sure I loved the ring I chose, sending me photos and updates along the way and explaining every step of the process. I never felt rushed. I flew up from Melbourne 3 times to visit the store, not because I needed to but because I loved visiting their store so much - it was worth every trip. It can be hard to find a jeweller you can trust that isn’t overpriced, so take this review as your sign to look no further. It’s the only place I go to for my jewellery now and the only place I recommend to friends and family. I love my customised engagement ring and still get so many compliments for it ❤️

ADB was the first jeweller we went to to try on rings. I had no clue what I wanted and as soon as we arrived inside, we knew we were in safe hands. Varouj was extremely helpful and patient and explained everything to us. They were able to source the best stone for us and I am obsessed with my ring - look at the sparkle! We went to a few other appointments after ABD and the service and detail didn’t come close. On top of that, one big perk for me is that I can come in to clean my ring (and I work close by so it’s very convenient) any time!!

ADB are fantastic. After a recommendation from a friend I visited ADB to have a ring reset and a wedding band made. Was delighted with the result.
ADB also sourced a beautiful Aqua for me and made a cocktail ring. Thrilled with the finished ring.
Robert has always been so welcoming and helpful, and guided me through all the options to make sure I get the best result and making jewellery designing (and purchasing) such a pleasant experience.

After months of visiting different stores and looking at lots of different online design-your-own sites, I was beginning to feel like designing my own engagement ring was a pipe dream. Then a friend recommended that we try ADB, as they had worked with them before and gave them rave reviews. ADB’s online appointment booking was super easy to use, and we managed to get a weekend slot that week without any issues.

As soon as we met Garren and went over our plans, we knew this was the place! ADB truly let us design my dream engagement ring from scratch! I knew the style, metal, diamond cut and part of the design- and then ADB did all the rest! They were exceptionally professional while still fun and easy to work with. I even got to come in and view the centre diamond we had chosen before it was set! ADB worked with us from the beginning to the end, complete with CAD designs and prompt email responses!

After seeing prices in stores and online for similar designs and diamond sizes that we wanted, we were blown away by the competitive pricing that ADB provided. When I finally got to see the final product, I was shocked that we managed to stay within our budget. The end result speaks for itself. The craftsmanship is exquisite, with every tiny little detail perfected to a tee.

They also offered us lifetime guarantee that the side diamonds would be replaced if they ever came out (side note: this has never happened, but peace of mind that it would be taken care of is incredible) and in addition to that, ADB also have free cleaning services for the ring forever (this can be as many times as you want! And woah boy, does it come out looking brand new each time! Watch out crossing the road afterwards, you’ll be distracted by the sparkling light!).

Working with ADB for my engagement and wedding bands was an absolute delight, and I have nothing but thanks to them for providing a service for such a precious item that will forever be treasured. I still get compliments on my ring/s, and always tell people that it was ADB that made it happen! Even my bestie got her rings made there!

At the end of the day, you want great customer service, affordable pricing, quality jewellery and good vibes. ADB delivers on all of these fronts and more.

There is a funny story behind how I came to know about Australian Diamond Brokers...

We were originally approached by a friend to do a review on a number of Jewelers in Sydney on behalf of her boss. After the second shop, I lost interest, but I'm certain there was around 8 shops we did that day...Yes lads, it was a FUN day 😆

We walked into this tiny little shop front which we thought... okay two desks, two guys... this will be quick. Boy was I wrong.

Straight from the word go... we had this captivating guy in front of us not selling us anything. We asked about the color of the diamond he said "why do you need to know..." we asked for the clarity... his reply "who cares".... he said, "just choose the diamond that you like" whilst pointing at the assortment he had placed in front of us.

You see Varouj isn't silly. He knows the 3+ carat rings should stay in the cabinets where they belong (unless your sporting a Bently on the way in)... so he laid out 1 - 2 Carat diamonds...

You see, I've never been to a jeweler who just didn't care what I chose, and if in fact I chose at all. His intent obviously is to make a sale (that's business), but the care free approach to if I was a customer today or tomorrow was not his concern at that moment. Varouj just wanted me to be comfortable in the appointment and for my now fiance 👊👊🥰🥰 to be happy with her choice.

Lets be honest, I wasn't there choosing diamonds. I was chucking a sickie from work, collecting information, answering a questionnaire, and collecting a paycheck once it was all over.

Fast forward 6 months. The moment came when I was ready to buy a diamond... you know that moment when a guy goes online checks his bank account and works out if he has enough for that diamond your girlfriend deserves... yeah, well that's the moment I was having...

I could have easily gone to that friend who gave us the job to survey the jewelers in Sydney, and most likely got a discount... but is was the fact that the team at Australian Diamond Brokers became people we spoke about when talking about rings... when we spoke rings... we spoke Varouj.

Now I know its simply a diamond on a few grams of gold fancily put together... but the moment you receive a ring from someone who is as happy as you are in that moment knowing that your about to change your life in a few weeks time makes it so much nicer.

Varouj and Team, I just wanted to say that Jessica and I are so grateful for everything you have done for us, and what you have created for us. Its a treasure we will always have and a beautiful creation by your team.

Varoujan and all the staff were nothing but a pleasure to deal with. They are truly genuine in their approach to offering excellent customer service.
