I went to the Australian Diamond Brokers on the advice of a friend of mine after going back and forth between what I would call instagram famous jewellers. The diamonds they showed me were significantly higher quality and much better priced than the jewellers I had spoken to. The team were really easy and explained all the differences to me as we went through the process. I chose the ring without my partner, which can be pretty nerve-racking, but their guidance made it an enjoyable process. My partner is stoked with the ring and we'll definitely be back to organise the wedding bands.

Let’s be real, when we are looking for a ring, none of us understand how complex the right diamond can be, however when I entered ADB I had the pleasure of dealing with Robert, who took that complexity all away. I told Rob about the different jewellers and prices and styles I had been bounced around from and together we sat down went through diamonds and designed the perfect ring for my fiancé. The customer support at ADB is very personal that I felt I was dealing with a family member and never a salesman. The quality of craftsmanship is that not even the streets of Hollywood have seen and the turnaround time of crafting the ring was insane! Usually Jewellers will give a 6 week wait time, but Rob made my dream ring happen in just under 2 weeks. I now enter the new year engaged and I thank Rob and the team at ADB helping me in that.I cannot recommend ADB enough, we will be back for our wedding bands and will recommend you to all our friends and family. If I could give 100 stars I would.

I just picked up the finished product and only have good things to say about ADB. It was a pleasure doing business with Garren and his Father. I was very surprised they could source this level of high grade diamonds with honest pricing. I would definitely recommend ADB to my friends and family. Keep up the good work Garren! The best jewelers!! A wonderful experience with my fiance designing an engagement ring. ADB were the best from the start to finished ring. I went to many jewelers in Sydney during my initial search, and straight away felt a warm and inviting feeling when visiting ADB for the first time. The whole team are so professional and patient - including Robert who was our main contact throughout the entire process and who sourced our diamond too. The communication was excellent. After almost a full year of research into diamonds, cuts, colours, etc, I almost ended up opting for an online retailer. Before taking the plunge, I decided to go into a few brick/mortar stores to see what the experience is like, and what I might find to compare with what is online. Of all the places I visited, Australian Diamond Brokers had an immediately more personal effect, as would have been expected from a family owned business had I known prior. Garren greeted me upon entrance and we had a conversation on diamonds. Despite the context behind the visit, it was a highly relaxing experience to deal with Garren. He was incredibly insightful and genuinely interested in assisting me to obtain precisely what I was after, about which I was very particular. I walked out with exactly what I wanted, and I've had a lasting feeling of having been benefited by the experience and outcome. Would recommend anyone to pop in at the very least before making any form of decision. 5 Stars.

I haven't bought anything from them yet. I randomly walked into ADB and had a chat with Robert.I have to say I have a hugeeee impression on Robert and the services. No pushing and very informative. Now, ADB is the first one in my mind when it comes to buying diamonds. ❤️Updated 8 September 2023 :Three months ago, I went to Australian Diamond Brokers without planning it. I was just looking around and ended up going inside. When I left the shop, I was really impressed! I had been to many jewelry stores in Sydney to find the perfect diamond for my wedding, but none of them made a great impression.Today, I bought a diamond from them. I can say without a doubt that this is one of the happiest purchases I've ever made. The process of buying it was easy, and their service is excellent!
