From the moment I stepped through their doors, Varoujan, Garren and the rest of the team greeted me with warmth and treated me like family.Their patience and enthusiasm throughout the design process was truly appreciated and I honestly do not think that I would have been able to realise my design with anyone else. The ring has received a resounding tick of approval from my new fiancée and everyone who sees it is star-struck by its elegance. Australian Diamond Brokers have been such a great help!!I was referred by a friend to visit the shop to find an engagement ring, and at the time I was only tentatively looking - but when Varoujan gave me advice and showed me a few diamonds of similar quality that I was after, I knew I found the right diamond and committed to the deposit straight away.Varoujan and his staff are such a big help. Loved my experience shopping for my engagement ring with Rob and the team. From the moment I walked in they were so warm and hospitable. And I loved working with Rob, he gave great advice around the design of the ring. I am super picky but he was super accommodating and had a strong vision of what looks timeless and what looks tacky.
