In 2005, we were in search for a jeweller that could make our engagement ring concept drawing into a reality. Varoujan was the man for the job. We showed him our drawings and explained what we liked and disliked. We felt very comfortable and had full trust that Varoujan would make our design come true to life. The end result was a half carat princess-cut colour D diamond that was set into a setting that incorporates the first letter of our names. The result was spectacular. 18 years later, we were in Sydney for a holiday and decided to see Varoujan. He is still the charming jewellery designer since we last saw him all those years ago. We also introduced him to our two daughters. Again we trusted Varoujan to upgrade our engagement ring to a bigger size. We also took the existing half carat diamond and made a pair of diamond stud earrings. We left him with our engagement ring for upgrade re-build and flew back interstate. A couple weeks later, we received a delivery that blew us away. Varoujan has made and delivered a spectacular engagement ring and kept the true essence of the original design. I just picked up the finished product and only have good things to say about ADB. It was a pleasure doing business with Garren and his Father. The best jewelers!! A wonderful experience with my fiance designing an engagement ring. ADB were the best from the start to finished ring. After almost a full year of research into diamonds, cuts, colours, etc, I almost ended up opting for an online retailer. Before taking the plunge, I decided to go into a few brick/mortar stores to see what the experience is like, and what I might find to compare with what is online. Of all the places I visited, Australian Diamond Brokers had an immediately more personal effect, as would have been expected from a family owned business had I known prior. Garren greeted me upon entrance and we had a conversation on diamonds. Despite the context behind the visit, it was a highly relaxing experience to deal with Garren. He was incredibly insightful and genuinely interested in assisting me to obtain precisely what I was after, about which I was very particular. I walked out with exactly what I wanted, and I've had a lasting feeling of having been benefited by the experience and outcome. Would recommend anyone to pop in at the very least before making any form of decision. 5 Stars.

I haven't bought anything from them yet. I randomly walked into ADB and had a chat with Robert.I have to say I have a hugeeee impression on Robert and the services. No pushing and very informative. Now, ADB is the first one in my mind when it comes to buying diamonds. ❤️Updated 8 September 2023 :Three months ago, I went to Australian Diamond Brokers without planning it. I was just looking around and ended up going inside. When I left the shop, I was really impressed! I had been to many jewelry stores in Sydney to find the perfect diamond for my wedding, but none of them made a great impression.Today, I bought a diamond from them. I can say without a doubt that this is one of the happiest purchases I've ever made. The process of buying it was easy, and their service is excellent! Varoujan was amazing since the start of the engagement ring process. He provided so much support when working through the design and his experience set him apart from other jewelers I also consulted. Not at any stage did I feel pressured to make a purchase but the opposite, Varoujan wanted me to be 100% sure on the decision and supportive of how I wanted to proceed. The final result was unbelievable, the design of choice was very different to others and therefore the final result was something I wasn't sure on how it would turn out. I couldn't be anymore happier with using Varoujan and would want others to at least go in and see him if you are thinking about purchasing a ring....
