I had a particular design in mind, and what they created far exceeded my expectations! Garren was so helpful, patient and made me feel like no ask was too much. Garren really took the time to design and make sure I loved the ring I chose, sending me photos and updates along the way and explaining every step of the process. I never felt rushed. I flew up from Melbourne 3 times to visit the store, not because I needed to but because I loved visiting their store so much - it was worth every trip. ADB was the first jeweller we went to to try on rings. I had no clue what I wanted and as soon as we arrived inside, we knew we were in safe hands. Varouj was extremely helpful and patient and explained everything to us. They were able to source the best stone for us and I am obsessed with my ring - look at the sparkle! We went to a few other appointments after ABD and the service and detail didn’t come close.
