I couldn’t be more impressed with the service from ADB. Varouj, Garren and the whole team epitomise everything you want in a professional, customer centric business. Admittedly I was a difficult customer and in the end was speaking to them for close to 12 months. At every stage of the process though, I felt like I was their most important customer- nothing was too hard and no detail was missed. Don’t waste your time with anybody else- this is the place to go.

Rob was super helpful and genuinely offered me advice on the best features for a diamond based on choice of carat and colour. Essentially I was able to achieve the goal of getting the absolute best value for the diamond, setting, and ring based on my budget. No sales tactics, totally authentic service and they were able to have the ring ready for pickup in just 2 weeks.They also offered me a free ring resizing and had it done in a day. Couldn’t ask for more.If you have no idea where to start, I recommend to go see these guys, tell them your budget and what carat size and you can’t go wrong. You can still compare their pricing with online sites to validate that you are getting a good deal.

My wife and I decided to finally get her a dream wedding/ engagement ring more than a decade into our marriage. We had visited a few stores but couldn’t find anything we loved. We then made an appointment with ADB and wow, what an incredible experience from start to finish. We met Garren for a meeting and went through several ring ideas with him while he patiently and expertly showed us various rings that would fit our criteria.We were incredibly excited when Garren then offered to source the perfect yellow diamond for us and hand make the ring. A few days later he sent us a photo of the diamond he had sourced which was well above and beyond our expectations and all for a reasonable price. He also offered us advice on the final setting and guided us towards the design he knew we would love.When we picked up the hand crafted ring a few weeks later we were blown away. It is breathtaking quality and an absolute one of a kind, perfectly designed and crafted for us. We cannot recommend ADB highly enough and want to thank the team for such an enjoyable experience. Varoujan was incredibly welcoming from the moment I first walked in to the moment I left with the ring of my fiance's dreams. The way he taught me so much about what to look for in a diamond, to giving amazing advice about what kind of diamond would work best for my budget. In the end the perfect carat and clarity was not in stock, but he was able to find one to import for me. It was perfect. And when I did price comparisons for identical diamonds on the big sites like Blue Nile, not one of them could beat the price I got from Australian Diamond Brokers. With such competitive prices, even for imports, and such wonderful service, I cannot think of one reason why anyone would ever use Blue Nile or similar over Australian Diamond Brokers.
