Shipping policy

We offer Free Shipping on all orders up to $50,000 and insured shipping of $250 over $50,000.

Orders Placed

Between 9:30 am – 4:30 pm on Monday – Friday will be processed same day.

Orders placed outside of these hours, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed the following business day.

Please Note: We use Australia Post Express Platinum postal service for our shipments within Australia, which provides the buyer with a tracking number.

Fed-Ex is also used for all other international destinations.

We do not ship to post boxes. We only ship to your home or work address where there is a person available to collect and sign for your order. If no one is available, Australia Post will leave a Collect Card and you will be directed to your nearest Post Office to collect your shipment.

Australian Diamond Brokers recommends the examination of your package before signing or receiving goods that look to be tampered or damaged.
