My partner and I always felt welcome in their shop and Garren took the time to understand our needs so he could make recommendations, without being pushy. Loved my experience shopping for my engagement ring with Rob and the team. From the moment I walked in they were so warm and hospitable. And I loved working with Rob, he gave great advice around the design of the ring. I am super picky but he was super accommodating and had a strong vision of what looks timeless and what looks tacky. Alot of other places I visited felt like the workers weren't as knowledgeable or were 'fluffy'. Bonus is the ring is made in Sydney!!!Thank Rob - you're the best.
