I had a particular design in mind, and what they created far exceeded my expectations! Garren was so helpful, patient and made me feel like no ask was too much. They found the perfect stones, at the perfect price and created something I genuinely didn’t think was possible for my budget. 3 years on, and I still can’t stop staring!We couldn’t wait to work with them again, and went back when it was time to create our wedding bands. Garren spent a lot of time with me going through different options that would suit my engagement ring, and I never felt rushed to make a decision. When we picked up our rings- especially my husband’s ring - we were in awe. In true ADB fashion, the rings were better than what we envisioned! ADB created my dream ring!My engagement ring is everything I ever dreamed of. The perfectly chosen oval diamond sits beautifully with the marquise and round diamonds on the band. My husband was very particular about the exact shape of the oval, and the team at ADB were so patient and attentive to every detail to make sure it was just right. With the matching wedding band, the set sparkles perfectly from every angle.To complete the set, they also made me a beautiful tennis bracelet. I cannot recommend Australian Diamond Brokers more highly for not only the highest quality diamonds but their personalised, warm service that made the build up to our engagement so much more exciting and special. Garren really took the time to design and make sure I loved the ring I chose, sending me photos and updates along the way and explaining every step of the process. I never felt rushed. I flew up from Melbourne 3 times to visit the store, not because I needed to but because I loved visiting their store so much - it was worth every trip. It can be hard to find a jeweller you can trust that isn’t overpriced, so take this review as your sign to look no further. It’s the only place I go to for my jewellery now and the only place I recommend to friends and family. I love my customised engagement ring and still get so many compliments for it ❤️

ADB was the first jeweller we went to to try on rings. I had no clue what I wanted and as soon as we arrived inside, we knew we were in safe hands. Varouj was extremely helpful and patient and explained everything to us. They were able to source the best stone for us and I am obsessed with my ring - look at the sparkle! We went to a few other appointments after ABD and the service and detail didn’t come close. On top of that, one big perk for me is that I can come in to clean my ring (and I work close by so it’s very convenient) any time!!
