My engagement ring was carefully designed with Varouj, who guided us through the process with expertise and attention to detail, resulting in a beautifully considered, unique piece that exceeded all expectations.When it came time for our wedding rings, my band was designed to fit perfectly with the engagement ring, and we also purchased my husband’s wedding band. At the same time, we selected a stunning pair of diamond studs as a wedding gift - a piece I will treasure for years to come.Every experience since has been consistently polished and so enjoyable. Garren and the entire team deliver impeccable service, combining deep knowledge with genuine warmth.It’s rare to find a jeweller you trust completely, and we love knowing we have a jeweller for life - including the pleasure of popping in for professional ring cleans whenever we’re in the city. Varoujan has looked after my family for over 20 years, and more recently Garren as well. My husband purchased my engagement ring from ADB 7 years ago and had the best experience in store. He was recommended ADB by his own father and was told it felt like a family business and having shopped there himself, he confirms that it most definitely feels that way. We then went back for our wedding bands and this time I was able to experience the excellent service myself. Then for our 5 year anniversary my husband purchased an additional ring for my stack and now thanks to ADB my stack is complete! I have always been reassured I can come back whenever I need to have it cleaned and whenever I have had to, I’ve never been turned away, I’m always greeted with a smile and a familiar face. I couldn’t recommend ADB more. My husband and I visited to design my engagement ring and the whole process was so special. When my husband finally proposed and I got to see the ring we designed for the first time, I literally lost my breath! Since then we designed my wedding band then eternity ring not long after our wedding and every time the experience has been wonderful. If I could give more stars, I would!I can’t thank both Garren and Varoujan enough for creating my dream engagement ring. I had a particular design in mind, and what they created far exceeded my expectations! Garren was so helpful, patient and made me feel like no ask was too much. They found the perfect stones, at the perfect price and created something I genuinely didn’t think was possible for my budget. 3 years on, and I still can’t stop staring!We couldn’t wait to work with them again, and went back when it was time to create our wedding bands. Garren spent a lot of time with me going through different options that would suit my engagement ring, and I never felt rushed to make a decision. When we picked up our rings- especially my husband’s ring - we were in awe. In true ADB fashion, the rings were better than what we envisioned! The team also went above and beyond to deliver our rings in record time as we took so long to pick out our designs.I look forward to finding an excuse to work with the team at ADB again!

ADB created my dream ring!My engagement ring is everything I ever dreamed of. The perfectly chosen oval diamond sits beautifully with the marquise and round diamonds on the band. My husband was very particular about the exact shape of the oval, and the team at ADB were so patient and attentive to every detail to make sure it was just right. With the matching wedding band, the set sparkles perfectly from every angle.To complete the set, they also made me a beautiful tennis bracelet. Every piece is elegant, timeless, and crafted to perfection. I am beyond happy with the result and couldn’t recommend ADB more highly.

I cannot recommend Australian Diamond Brokers more highly for not only the highest quality diamonds but their personalised, warm service that made the build up to our engagement so much more exciting and special. Garren really took the time to design and make sure I loved the ring I chose, sending me photos and updates along the way and explaining every step of the process. I never felt rushed. I flew up from Melbourne 3 times to visit the store, not because I needed to but because I loved visiting their store so much - it was worth every trip. It can be hard to find a jeweller you can trust that isn’t overpriced, so take this review as your sign to look no further. It’s the only place I go to for my jewellery now and the only place I recommend to friends and family. I love my customised engagement ring and still get so many compliments for it ❤️

ADB was the first jeweller we went to to try on rings. I had no clue what I wanted and as soon as we arrived inside, we knew we were in safe hands. Varouj was extremely helpful and patient and explained everything to us. They were able to source the best stone for us and I am obsessed with my ring - look at the sparkle! We went to a few other appointments after ABD and the service and detail didn’t come close. On top of that, one big perk for me is that I can come in to clean my ring (and I work close by so it’s very convenient) any time!!
