Amazing customer service from the first phone call and when we went in they had a great range of diamonds and rings to choose from! My boyfriend and I felt totally comfortable designing the ring with Varoujan. He took the time to explain each facet of the ring making process and made sure we were perfectly happy! I thought about giving a 1 star review. Since I proposed my fiance hasn't looked up from her ring once. The team at Australian Diamond Brokers are incredible. Experts in their field, but more than that it is service without the attitude you can get at other jewellers. They were helpful in teaching me what I needed to know and showed me the differences between diamonds. I ended up purchasing a diamond through them and getting a rose gold ring built. So far there has only been three reactions to the ring. "Congratulations", "wow" & the sound of peoples jaws hitting the floor. No wonder every single review is 5 stars!

Amazing! Expect to be greeted with welcome arms to this family business. They take pride in their work and go over and above to deliver on what you want. Varouj helped me pick out the perfect diamond and even made the ring itself. I would highly recommend Australian Diamond Brokers to anyone looking purchase high quality beautiful jewellery. I was looking to update my engagement ring so I visited a jewellery store in Canberra to keep purchases local but the jeweller was a bit rude and wasn’t really interested in showing his designs. I left the shop and searched for diamonds and Australian Diamond Brokers popped up. I contacted the shop via email and received a response within a day or so with prices and descriptions. I made the trip to Sydney to meet with Robert, who was very helpful. I was shown various diamonds in different sizes to give me a better idea of what the Diamond would like. After placing my ring order, I had various questions which Robert was only too happy to answer. From the moment we began talking with Varoujan about creating an engagement ring and wedding rings, we greatly appreciated his honesty, straightforwardness, insights, energy and effort. We live in Indonesia, and after an initial meeting in Sydney in which ideas were floated, he put together a design that was perfect for us and unique. Timeless but different enough that it felt like me. He included details that were meaningful to my partner, while keeping the design elegant and delicate. He kept us up-to-date with progress while we were back in Indonesia, sending images, videos and calling as well. Even with the distance, it felt like an easy process where one could speak their mind and Varoujan understood. Very highly recommended. From the outset you get the feeling you are dealing with craftsmen rather than businessmen. Garren was genuinely excited and passionate about creating a great engagement ring for me. Firstly, they make you feel very comfortable and are not judgemental about your budget or your choices at all. Secondly, they know what they are doing. In my case Garren gave some suggestions that were not what I originally had in mind, but turned out much better. I was a bit of a novice so I found their experience valuable throughout the whole process. They were also very accommodating, especially when I changed my mind 3 times. Finally, the end product was amazing. It is not often you get service where they genuinely care about their customers and their products like these guys. Thank you Garren, Varoujan and Robert. DO NOT BOTHER shopping around anywhere else... Aus Diamond Brokers gave the best advice, value and smoothest delivery I could of ever expected. Robert actually advised against me purchasing the initial ring, helping me come up with a better solution, to my planned surprise proposal. What can I say? From the beginning Garren, Robert and Varoujan were absolutely incredible to deal with. Their focus on customer service is exceptional and they are all very knowledgeable and attentive to your needs. Not once did I feel like I was being pushed to purchase (which is usually so typical of the jewellery industry). Garren helped me to source the most beautiful diamond and then had it set in a gorgeous custom made setting. In terms of value for money, nowhere can compare. The ring that was made was quoted at $10000 more at another jeweller for the same diamond colour, cut, clarity and carat weight. To say my now fiancé is over the moon would be an understatement. You would be doing yourself a disservice by shopping for your engagement ring elsewhere.

Incredible customer service and an amazing experience. That's the best way to sum up my experience at ADB with Garren. I met most of the employees that work there over the course of my 6-7 visits over a few months all whom were exremely helpful and supportive in helping me pick an amazing engagement ring my now fiance loves. Garren guided me through the whole process from not knowing where to begin to the final ring. Pure Professionals. A hidden gem of a place to organise any type of ring. I was lucky enough to purchase an AMAZING engagement ring from ADB. I highly recommend Australian Diamond Brokers. After hearing of my brother-in-law's wonderful experience in buying my sister's engagement ring, my now fiancé decided to also purchase from ADB. After months of researching diamonds, engagement rings and reading reviews, I finally worked up the courage to contact Australian Diamond Brokers because their reviews were all excellent. I now know why. A couple of months later, here I am with the perfect ring and a fiancé! It would be rude for me not to write a review because the experience was so perfect. Put simply, I could not be happier with the service and quality that Robert and ADB provided. All of our communication was via email and phone calls as I live in a different state, which I thought might make it difficult, it did not at all. Robert and the team were able to come up with a design better than I could have imagined, match it with a high quality diamond and all at a much better price than everywhere else I looked (every typical AU shop or online diamond wholesaler). I had an idea of what ring design I wanted, all I did was send a few photos for ideas then we went back and forth over designs until it was perfect. So much easier than I expected. Selecting the diamond was just as simple. Robert provided me with certificates, high quality images and great professional advice of each one until I found the one I liked. At no point did I feel uncomfortable like I was being too picky or difficult. Robert was always positive, helpful and committed to making it a comfortable and easy experience and ensuring I was happy with the end result. If you are in the market for an engagement ring or even just a diamond, I highly recommend sending them an email or giving them a call. You won't regret your decision!

There aren't often times I am speechless with a piece of jewellery, but WOW, I'm absolutely in love my asscher cut engagement ring. As for many prospective partners, it can be a daunting and overwhelming experience choosing the perfect ring, not the mention the proposal! Varoujan was so patient in helping my fiancé custom design the piece from start to finish, carefully explaining all the important factors to consider. Quickly did he realise, that sourcing a high quality diamond in my dream asscher cut style can sometimes be difficult, given the large top table cannot hide blemishes as well as compared to other cuts such as a round brilliant cut can. That being said, Varoujan was able to present a number of high quality asscher cut options for my fiancé to choose from. Another testament to the ADB craftsmanship and team was when Robert assisted me in successfully resizing my ring from size M to I which was a huge decrease... Most other jewellers wouldn't have been able to achieve this without compromising the safety of the small diamonds on the band, or the overall ring shape. The photo below does not do this piece justice. This platinum set asscher cut ring with a round brilliant halo was simply flawless. Sure to say I am one very happy bride-to-be :)

I ended up with a ring that I will definitely love forever. This ring was specially made and set with a gorgeous 2ct H VS1 clarity cushion. The side diamonds are trapezoid cut totalling close to 0.50ct 🙌🏼
